I have worked in technology for nearly thirty years. I started as a telecommunications engineer — a degree from Sapienza University of Rome, with early research years focused on optical networks and mobile telephony protocols — before moving progressively into different areas: networking and security, technology marketing, and, in recent years, artificial intelligence and quantum computing.
I spent almost twenty years at Cisco Systems, holding marketing and business development responsibilities for major European service providers. I later moved into applied AI, leading research and innovation projects and developing machine learning algorithms for finance and risk management. I currently work on artificial intelligence and quantum computing in a corporate setting, with a particular interest in the ethics of algorithms — a topic on which I have published several articles in scientific journals.
I am a CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) and ITIL certified. Alongside my professional activity, I continue to follow closely the evolution of artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and emerging technologies more broadly.
